Because why is Basic Bad?
I’m not a morning person, so anything I make for myself is usually quick and easy. I like to start my day with produce, because it kickstarts my organs and flushes my system. Juices, Smoothies and Fruit or Veggie Bowls are my go to’s, and this juice is a staple of mine, especially after intermittent fasting.
3 Ingredients:
- Organic Spinach (enough to fill your blender, but don’t stuff it)
- Organic Tumeric (The size of the top of your pinky)
- Organic Orange Juice (enough to fill your blender)
Instructions:
- Wash.
- Chop.
- Blend.
- Enjoy. 🙂
You can always adjust the quantity of your ingredients to satisfy your own palate. I make my juices according to my preferences, and I use everything. I don’t peel my turmeric, or take the stems off of my spinach. You can also add agave or brown sugar if you prefer sweeter juices, however if you use fresh squeezed orange juice, your GJ should be sweet enough.
